PolymerPlus has established a multilayer coextrusion facility with the layering capabilities in the millimeter, micron, or nanoscale. Utilizing a process of sequential layer multiplication, polymer films, sheets, and rods containing thousands of individual layers can be processed.
PolymerPlus has access to multilayer processing facilities that are available for multilayer system and/or product development trials, pilot scale production runs and external customer development and test runs.
Auxiliary PolymerPlus testing laboratories are available for characterization of polymer flow properties as well as determining multilayered material mechanical, optical and transport properties. Access to high resolution microscopy/morphology characterization is also available through PolymerPlus.
